About These Terms

These terms apply to any enquiry, quote request or booking made with Turf Masters via this website, phone, WhatsApp or email. By submitting an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Pricing

Guide prices for our main services are published on our price list. Every job is different, so the guide prices are a rough indication only: your exact price is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation to proceed.

Booking Process

Bookings made through this site are requests, not confirmed appointments. We review each request and will confirm, reschedule or, occasionally, decline it.

Once we send you a quote, a £20 deposit secures your date. The deposit is used towards your final balance, which is settled in full on the day, once the job has been completed. The balance can be paid by card, bank transfer or cash.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to move or cancel a booked date, please tell us at least 48 hours before your agreed start time and we will move your deposit to a new date at no extra cost.

If you cancel or ask to change with less than 48 hours notice, or we cannot access the property on the day, the deposit is not refunded. This is because booking your date means we turn down other work for that day.

Weather-dependent outdoor work may also need to be rescheduled by us at short notice. Where we move a date, your deposit always moves with it.

Your Right to Cancel

If you booked online, over the phone, or at your home, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund, including your deposit. To cancel, contact us on 07584 290103 or enquiries@turf-masters.co.uk.

If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and we do so, we may retain a fair amount for the work already carried out. Once the work is finished, the 14 day right no longer applies.

Access and Site Conditions

Please ensure we have safe, reasonable access to the area to be worked on, and let us know about any pets, hazards or access restrictions when booking.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
